We (Spencer and Chase) have always been into good flavors and gathering with our favorite people. We want to bring that same goal to our restaurant. Spencer

lived in India for two years and fell in love with the diversity of spice and intensity of the flavors. I have been into cooking since I can remember , and always specialized in Mexican food. We began cooking Indian food together in 2009 and have been elevating it ever since. We got so good in fact at making deliscious indian food that our indian nights turned into restaurant planning. We want to share our ideas and flavor with everyone. A few years ago we had the idea to create an Indian Burrito and when we started melding Indian food with Mexican food we realized we had something special. Clay Pot Curry was born on the idea that all curries are born in a clay pot. We want to capture traditional flavors and take the familiar to something unique and wonderful.
